Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

I've done more project prep work than anything else lately; making lists of missing supplies, swatching markers to see what works and looks best, researching - that kind of thing. I still haven't been able to figure out a way to catalog ongoing projects to help prioritize what's going on in a way that isn't overwhelming.

I also went through the cookbook I have been cooking my way through and marked all the recipes I haven't made yet, but currently have all of the ingredients on hand to make them.

You sound so very organised, doing all the prep work so when you get around to making anything you'll be ready. Preparation is important!

Thanks! I try to be organized. My life is chaos and every bit helps. Preparation is key!

Chaos reigns everywhere these days. We just have to scrape together whatever degree of organisation we can manage.

Prep work is important! Nothing is more frustrating than if you have to stop because you lack that one ingredient/supply without which you just can't go on. *voice of waaay too much experience speaking here*
