Hello to all members, passers-by, curious onlookers, and shy lurkers, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.
Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?
There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.
Today's Question: No question today.
If anyone has any questions of their own about the community, or suggestions for tags, questions to be asked on the check-in posts, or if anyone is interested in playing check-in host for a week here on the community, which would entail putting up the daily check-in posts and responding to comments, go to the Questions & Suggestions post and leave a comment.
I now declare this Check-In OPEN!

Good luck with the spine and inner binding, that sounds like the worst part of all.

Good luck with the spine and inner binding. The final boss is always the worst, but you've trained for this!

And for
Been a few days since I last checked in here. I am slowly working on the edging on my blanket. I think I have two sides done so far (hard to tell due to shape of blanket, and the fact that it's been crumbled in my lap as I work on it.) Gonna sit down and work on it some more. I want to finish it by Wednesday so I can take it to Stitch Club on Thursday.
When I get bored of the blanket (the edging is very tedious to do!) I've been working on my crocheted hoodie. About halfway done with the hood, which is the second part after the kangaroo pocket. The pocket itself is about 75% done, so maybe I'll finish that today too.
I'm also cooking dinner tonight, to give mom a break. I am making this, but smoked sausage instead of kielbasa:

I finished setting up my bullet journal in the early hours of the morning when I couldn't sleep. It's not decorated, but all the layouts are useable, which is the important part. That also means all my planners and journals are in a useable state before the end of January, so a win.
I also stress knitted most of the day, part of the time while watching more Hilda and We Baby Bears, so the scarf is almost done.
Then I took a nap instead of making dinner, which was probably the best choice.
Now, I am off to make a sandwich.

Well done with finishing the setting up of your journals, and with the knitting.
Hope the stress and anxiety will go away quickly.
