Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I've finished all my Three Kings felts (there will be a photo as soon as the glitter glue I used for decoration dries), cut out the major parts of the ten penguins (10x3 basic panels, the beaks and even some of the feet and the wings) and made a trial piece of this felt creche. Of course, the parts aren't sewn together yet, just taped together with the ever-present double-sided tape, and I use different colours and also sparkly, self-adhesive hearts and stars, but the trial piece looks fine enough.

Made really good progress with the greenhouse. Moved 6 or 7 boxes, found one more full of water and emptied that out, emptied 3 or 4 bags — hard to be sure since they were falling apart and I have no idea what came out of which. Also found my special little greenhouse watering can, so I've rescued that. Needs cleaning out inside but at least I've found it.

I think I've cleared most of the boxes that were in the greatest danger of getting drenched when it rains. There's one glass pane towards the far end of the greenhouse that's slipped a little, leaving a small gap, but hopefully that won't let too much rain in.

I worked SO HARD on that chain and pendant (chain stitch and french knots), I'm super happy with how they turned out.

Just popping in to say my tonsils surgery went well. I've been resting in bed (released around noon). Having milkshakes and broth.

Little nephew had his out a year ago, he has said I'm not to eat any chips (crisps) or run around outside.

Today I:

* finished a snowflake, and made another, different one.
* did some rounds on the doily
* knit on new crescent shawl for 45 minutes
* posted my finished pumpkin to Nerdopolis

I also spent the evening playing my MMO. I have several characters in it, and I returned to one I hadn't spent time on in a while. Didn't realize how much I missed her (she's a babe!). In the process, I volunteered to run a casual event on Friday events with her Free Company (that's like a guild), starting next week. Should be fun!

I'm not tired yet so I'm going to knit some more, probably do a row on Glacier Sweep, before I go to bed.

Finally got a hood photo off my phone. I really need to make another one in black wool to match my winter jacket and then I can wear it all the time in winter instead of at medieval events.
