Hello to all members, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.

Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I mostly took a break from the strenuous stuff today, trying to conserve some energy for dealing with the shed when it arrives. At least we had sunshine today, even though it didn't get above 55 F out *shivers*

Got my knitting done though, another 12 row pattern repeat. 6 more and I'll be level with where I am on the back.

It is reasonable to take a break from slave labour from time to time. *g*
And you've managed to keep your knitting schedule nonetheless!

Well, I knit in front of the TV, so it's easy to keep to that.

It was nice to see the sun today and perfectly acceptable to appreciate it rather than toil under it. You’re continuing to do well with the knitting.

Most of my appreciation of it happened from indoors, where it was marginally warmer.

Errr... that one is actually sparkly baroque gold, but my iPad can do odd things to colours in artificial light. Still, I like that one very much, too.

Trying to photograph colours accurately can be a nightmare, can't it? I face the same problem photographing my sweaters. Still very pretty!

I think I’d like to give it a try but I’m not a painter so pretty sure I wouldn’t have good results other than fun trying!

Continuing on with the tapestry but managed to start about an hour earlier so at least that’s something. Now just need to keep track of time so I don’t finish so late and get a bit more sleep 😴
