Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Break out the balloons and party favours, pop the cork on a bottle of champagne, the sweater of doom is FINISHED!

And it actually looks okay, certainly wearable. Still need to take a photo, but I'm losing the light so I'll have to remember to snap off a shot in the morning.

Now, what am I going to knit next? I have several equally tempting patterns to choose from...

I have just finished my Reyna, with a picot edge that had me worried as it seemed to be using up a lot of yarn, but I weighed it at the half-way point and all was fine. Pic tomorrow, possibly!

Congratulations on finishing! How long did it take you to knit? Doesn't seem very long since you started.

Picot edges are so pretty! I used them a lot back when I used to knit baby clothes.

I've coloured the other side of 48 popsicle sticks. That is as crafty as I get in these days, I fear.

Thanks. These are about one third of my stash, but the rest of them partially came coloured, so they will make my life easier.

Far from it! These were just the spoon-shaped ones. There are still lots of straight ones to be coloured. But it's a big step forward, so I'm content.

I finished this crocheted ripple baby blanket (it's smaller than the last one, and also I'm just faster at crocheting):



Now onto an attempt at a knitted ripple blanket (since that's easy to do while I'm watching K-dramas) and also a knitted sweater for my child (hopefully I finish it before winter arrives).

I'm almost finished redoing the entire website after the integration of the other website because I decided why not redo the entire site with a new font (clearly I need to get out more) and yesterday I spent the day in hospital with an issue which has been escalating over the last two weeks, so I didn't get much done. Back to sewing on the weekend, hopefully!I'm feeling very motivated to finish things off.
