Hello to all members, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.

Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I've knitted the second armhole band on the white top, just got all the sewing up to do on that.

Also I'm up to the increase row on the back of the fuchsia sweater. Just got to calculate the increases, spread them out evenly.

Yep! But it's not too difficult a calculation, thankfully.

That's coming on - presumably you've only got side seams to do.

That's a really fast start on your fuchsia sweater.

That and some slip-stitching around the armholes to make sure there aren't any annoying little gaps. Just gives a neater finish.

Not as fast as I'd hoped for, I'd thought I could do the rib for the back in one day and it's taken three. Ah well, onward and upward!

I managed to finish the cookbook, after all. Here are the last pages.

Unfortunately, I didn't have any more teddy pictures for the last pages, which is why I chose a different lettering for the last recipes, just so that they'd be prettier. Page 1 is the front cover, of course, which is already done, but I can't take any photos right now. Tomorrow, I swear. I also created some individual recipe sheets that can go into the various pockets and am very pleased with the outcome.

I wish I could teach you, but not all crafts suit all crafters. I suck at sewing, can't draw to save my life, and forget about embroidery. Knitting is one thing I CAN do, but there's an awful lot I have no talent for.
