Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I can report that daughter, who we saw today (first time since October), was very pleased with her hat!

I have revised my idea concerning the cooking book design. Originally, I planned to use a ready-made ring book, but now I think I will make an envelope journal with pockets. That will be more individual, and a great deal more hand-made. I also made a first selection of recipes, but that will likely change a lot ad I proceed.

That sounds like a lovely and very crafty idea. You'll probably end up with more recipes than you need.

Much needed weeding of my veg patch now that it’s not constantly raining.

A bit more crewel embroidery. I’m nearly, nearly there. Then on to the next XD

It’s like plants GROW or something XD Even the ones we don’t want...

The fact the embroidery is a basic piece that I can pick up for a few minutes and put down while in thinkie parts of my job is the only reason I’ve made so much progress XD

I know! How do they even do that? Weeds should be afraid to show their faces in prepared ground.
