Hello to all members, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.

Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I've started stitching the trunk and branches of the tree - using a lovely bright orange, clearly an exotic seaside tree :)

18 rows on my sweater!

We were supposed to have light rain showers this afternoon. Instead, we had a torrential downpour and hail almost the size of peas. So, I stayed indoors.

I looked through more patterns and picked one potential for the fuchsia yarn. Still got more patterns to look at though,

We had one very heavy shower at lunchtime.

Finally having recovered enough to do more than sit around on the sofa and moan, I went out and weeded my ailing veggie patch, and also did a major weeding of what uncovered the stone stairs in the garden. (They were nearly obscured.) It was very satisfying.

I’d hoped to do some crafting after that, but I was done in and stared into space for 45 minutes instead before calling it a night XD

Glad you're feeling better! Weeding is tiring, but it's satisfying too. Most years I have to uncover my steps too. This year they're not too bad.

Hopefully you'll be back to crafting soon.
