Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Also, managed to rig a stand for 2 more propagators, sowed 5 more lots of seed.

Thanks! I'm a day ahead of my self-imposed schedule.

I figured if I sowed some in pots I'd have two chances of getting some plants. I've got seedlings coming up in my patch of ground, and some look interesting, but I think I need to get out there with a pair of tweezers to pluck out the ones I'm sure I don't want because there are a lot of clusters. Some I recognise from last year as a quite nice pink thing that looked wildflowrery, but there are WAY too many, they took over last year, so I have to get most of them out or they'll choke anything else that comes up.

I have finished the main part of the daughter's hat, so now it's just the shaping on the top, plus The Pompom!

I love pompoms. I still have the plastic Pom Pom Pets pompom making thingys, so I use them.

As mentioned on an earlier comment, my crafting today was craft-enabling—I did some research and ordered a “beginner’s” crewelwork kit so I could have build my experience in using wool embroidery thread before I try to spin my own ^_^

It will help you learn the properties of the crewel thread so that what you make will work the way it's supposed to.
