Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

No crafting, because... This day is always difficult. 11 years today since I lost my mum.


I got writing done though, it's a better distraction than crafting.

I cut out the main panels for two more felt bunnies. I might or might not make more in the six weeks remaining to Easter, but two should be doable. Teddy bears and elephants will be postponed, but I'll try to fill the rabbit hole with, well, rabbits. Bright red ones at that because the fabric I need to use up is of that colour. Believe me or not, red bunnies actually look very cute!

Knit the replacement for proof of concept + one more piece, then fiddled around with Proof of Concept #2. I think I have that figured out, and there's been less frogging on this one so hopefully this Proof of Concept can be used as the final.

I thought my deadline was March 2nd. It's March 6th. So I have a few extra days. Therefore I did take a nap today instead of feverishly knitting. I'd still like to get this done by end of February so it's safely submitted before the deadline.

Today's project was a legit outdoor craft! :D I hauled some more logs around the back of the log garden to create a space for holding all the dead leaves that I am raking off of various flowerbeds.

I tinked back a row and a half to fix an odd dropped stich in my scarf & I knit a few more rows on it.

This is the scarf that I'm knitting lengthwise for my partner. It has big stripes. I'm on the second color currently.
