Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Three small bee bodies knitted this afternoon. Hoping to knit some larger ones while watching TV tonight.

Finished addressing my last cards. The snowmen will go to the post office tomorrow!

Almost finished the first piece of my pile of long-overdue mending. I hope to do the last five centimetres or so tomorrow. Or the day after.

My nephew liked the sheep bauble I made his grandparents so much he's angling for one for his March birthday so that's on the list! :)

Just need to sew on this bow and a beret will be done. Likely the last finished project of 2025.
My main craft goal for 2026 is to try a "1 in, 1 out" approach to my yarn stash to hopefully keep it contained. It grew rather quickly.

Good luck, I think you'll need it *side-eyes own yarn stash* Mine keeps growing, because even though I have a ton, I never seem to have the right yarn for the project I absolutely HAVE to make. Either that or it's just such a pretty color I can't resist. I think I can safely say my stash is completely out of control. I hope you manage to wrangle yours into submission.

Not yet! Thanks for the reminder. I need to take a picture of the finished object with the bow. But here's a pic of the beret.




The stash wrangling definitely needs to happen. Since I crochet and knit, I'm anticipating doing a little more crochet this year since it eats yarn.

That looks great, I love the yarn you've used!

Good luck with the stash wrangling and the crochet. I'm not great at crochet myself, I mostly knit, but crochet does use up yarn a lot faster.

My creative activity for the day was hanging up a string of big cobalt glass beads along the top of the planter in the living room. Shiny!
