Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Finally got some crafting done. The wings are sewn on the next 6 bees. Still need to sew on the brooch backs and stitch the eyes, but this lot are nearly done and then I think I'd better make another dozen. With the Bee Awareness trail running, it's the ideal time to have bees for sale.

Thanks. And managed to find some time in my day. This time of year, it's all about keeping the fire going, and I have to clean it out while I still have daylight, otherwise I can't see to refill the coal bin, so if I'm lucky I might get 45 minutes of crafting time in daylight where before I might get 3 hours. Not that there was much daylight today. It was heavily overcast and pouring with rain. Hard to see what I was doing.

Finished the current trivet today. It's very cold, normally Monday is project day with my husband but we just did a little picking up around the house instead.

What was your last project that got put into "time out" and why is a very relevant question.

I had to put my cowl in time out the other day. I realized on Sunday that I had misread the pattern and had been doing a stich wrong the whole time. So I frogged the whole thing and put the yarn in timeout.
I do want to make this pattern and I'm off tomorrow so I may take some time to cast it on again.

Did a bit of mending and I'm toying with the idea of knitting a cheat-scarf in the colour code for electrical resistors. After all it's one more rainbow to add to my collection! But first I'll be have to get more green and orange yarn.

Sounds like a fun scarf! Hope you can get the yarn you need. Orange has been in short supply where I live.
