Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Still labouring under the cold from Hell, so crafting is still on hold, and anyway, Halloween prep is taking centre stage. I have located all the goodies - Meeces, Mini Meeces, Bouncy Spiders, bookmarks, pendants, and earrings — and ferried them all downstairs, ready for Friday. The pumpkins were taken down a few days ago. There are a couple of things I need to locate that are required for the set-up, including my big white cord spider's web, but I think I know where I left that after last year. Hoping I can manage the set-up on the big day.

I hope I will, but with this cold dragging on it's going to be tough getting all the lights up and everything. Makes me feel exhausted just thinking about it.

I miss being in a street which has trick or treaters! I'm sure it will all go well for you!

I hope so. Just depends whether I have the energy to deal with it all. If I could shake off this cold and cough I'd be okay, but setting it all up by myself when I have zero energy... Takes a couple of hours minimum on a good year. This year it might take me all day. I need to do as much as I can in advance, but the actual set-up can only be done on the day. All the lights and everything.

I made the last two batches of Christmas candy today. Tomorrow there will be candy wrapping, assuming I can locate the additional wrapping material I'll need. I also wrote the labels for the Christmas candy and sorted out the wrapping material available. Which, as it seems, won't be enough. I'll have to be very creative with what I have.

Working on a glow up for a tablecloth, still in progress, but two seams stitched and one of those ftal felled. Yay!

I had hoped to get some writing done and get some cards finished/mail ready to be sent off, but it just wasn't meant to be.

I did continue to work on detangling Steve 2.0. it continues to get smaller and smaller, yet still somehow continues to fight back and not be completely untangled and on the spool.
