Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

No crafting again, this cold isn't going away, but I have managed to sort and bag the Halloween candy. I have 30 bags and some extras, in case I get more than 30 kids coming through. I masked up to sort everything out, I wouldn't want to infect anyone by accident.

Getting them to balance was tricky, they're lumpy and their stalks kept getting in the way.

Finished the background of the trivet, started the first row of surface crochet (flower petals).

Weather still wet. Was at least able to get the scaffolding shifted over to the next spot, so I'll be ready to go when it's time.

Card making with Lynne today. We made the very fussy cards with the 3d hummingbird stickers on them. I have no idea why the concept of gluing the piece of paper with cutouts in it the same way we glue every other piece of paper was so hard, but otherwise it went okay and she was happy with the results. Unfortunately, we got busy with so many around the house things, I was not able to design another card for a future week. Fingers crossed I already have something for next week, as I am not sure.

I thought I was going to have Steve 2.0 tamed today, but I'm not quite there yet.

I finally started a new knitting project! I haven't knit in a while and I'm glad to be knitting again.

I started a simple cowl in large bulky yarn from my stash. I did some cleaning this weekend and found some gift yarn that was buried in a doom pile. I have enough leftover from a other project to make it 2 colors which I'm excited about.
