Hello to all members, passers-by, curious onlookers, and shy lurkers, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.

Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

4 more pumpkins knitted, so I have 18 to sew up and stuff. Also knitted some stalks, so I have 15 of those now.

When I went in last Saturday, 7 of the original dozen had sold. I left another 6 so it's just a case of waiting to see what happens. I'm considering whether or not to make another 6 just in case. I still have 6 here, but I don't want to run out if they continue to sell.

Today was quiet and peaceful with very little household obligations, so I faced the task of starting two new pages for the dollhouse quiet books. Those are the same pages for each book, so I basically did everything twice, but that sped up the process, so it's okay.

These will be the wardrobes/dressing rooms/whatever they are called in English. I cut out the respective parts for two large wardrobes, the doors of which can be opened to reveal the clothes within, as well as for the mannequins that will stand next to them and for the vanity table with its large mirror (the latter is made of sparkly felt and looks great). That took the whole morning, so the only actual sewing I did was to fix the strip of felt that serves as the floor line. But the whole thing promises to look nice, even though the thousand little details might drive me strong barking mad. *g*

That sounds like a very productive day of cutting out, and the pages should be fun for the girls.

I'm almost done with my throw! Yesterday I made good progress and even restitched a frayed seam, and I'll be done later today.
However I was supposed to do a yarn run with a friend yesterday, to shop for supplies for another friend's upcoming birthday (she got the idea and said would buy the supplies, I'll do the knitting) but it didn't happen because Reasons. Hopefully we can try again this afternoon, but if not, I won't have enough time to knit two full meters of scarf. Let's say I'm a bit bummed.

Yay for throw progress, that's great!

A shame about not having time to finish the scarf before your friend's birthday, but with luck you'll get most of it done.
