Hello to all members, passers-by, curious onlookers, and shy lurkers, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.

Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

6 more meeces finished except for their faces. Turns out I still have another 11 to complete. Might have to knit one more since they're in pairs with reverse stripes and I have one odd one. I've got enough purple sparkly yarn, but I have to find the other colour I was using on that pair.

Sparkly purple meeces sound very pretty. What was the other colour?

I think on that one it was a medium blue. I have them striped with various other purples, blues, bright pink, green, and grey, so quite a variety of combinations.

Even if you can't find the same secondary yarn, the purple sparkle should be enough to make them go together.

I shall take a look, I had most of what I'd been working with in one bag so hopefully I can find the right one. I've used several different blues with the purple.

I finished another pillow case and started a new one. And that was it. Saturday was full of chores, as usual.

Gave the kitchen a good scrub this morning, including steam cleaning the stovetop. I definitely feel like there are no more COVID cooties lingering. Ha!

Worked on the washcloth a little and read a little.
