Hello to all members, passers-by, curious onlookers, and shy lurkers, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.

Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

The last 10 small pumpkins are sewn up. Also knitted another pumpkin in the dark orange DK yarn. I want to use that up so I have a more even balance between light and dark pumpkins. I've got three knitted so far. Hoping I've got enough yarn for at least 7 more.

Not as a rule, lol! I want a good stock of pumpkins to last two or three years.

Getting that way! I still need to make more, but I want to finish the unfinished meeces first.

Got sidetracked from my crafting by making orange marmalade - also for the fair. There is still so much to do, and only 3 months left to do it; the fair takes place on December 3 this year. *sigh* I'm trying very hard to do as much in advance as possible because some things just can't be done this early.

Pillow case count: 6 and a half are stitched together in the inside. One and a half still to go before I can start the blanket stitch framing. *And* I have to label and decorate the marmalade jars today and prepare the grapefruits for the jam, so... yeah, the days are way too short. The doll house book project is currently pending. :(

Ooh, yummy marmalade! I love proper marmalade. I hope it's got everything but the pips in it!

You're making great progress on things for the fair. I'm sure the jams and marmalades will be popular.

failing at rest and trying to get row 41 done so I can wet stretch the doily. It won't be done but tbh I think it'll be the last point before it's going to be too large for anything I have so I want at least the center properly stretched yk? at least before I argue with myself for 2 months to go see if they have a 6ft foam board at walmart to do shit with.
