Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I have stitched about half of the first owl design. This one is pink, yellow, and brown.

Have some pictures of the seashell designs from a couple of weeks ago.

Sorry for the absence. It was a somewhat hectic half-week. On Monday, I went to Tedi (craft and gift shop), because they had a 30% price reduction for *everything*, and I stocked up on filling material; plus, I bought a few small items I didn't really need but they were pretty. And reduced in price. So...

On Tuesday I realized that I needed to make storage place for my newly acquired stuff. So I emptied the huge drawer under my bed, cleaned it, and rearranged the craft supplies (mostly but not entirely things for sewing) in what I hope is a more logical pattern. Whether I'll remember later where I've put the individual things is another matter entirely, of course.

Today I finally returned to my dollhouse quiet book(s). I've finished the bed for bedroom #2 and even designed and sewn on the little shelf above the bed. I'll have to go back to book #1 and do the same next. Originally I planned a simple chandelier for the bedrooms, but I can't add that *and* the shelf (not enough free space) and I found the shelf more important.

I think all crafters are the same. We all love the tempting craft items that we know will be useful... someday.

So am I. They were supposed to be birthday gifts, but I had too many other things to do, so I tentatively hope that I can finish them to become Christmas gifts. *fingers crossed*

fingers crossed on remembering where you put your things- I do that like, once a month atp. Damn ADHD and all, so ik the pain.

I may finally be over the cold, my brain doesn't feel like it's full of cotton despite poor sleep (storms). I even did my stretches today.

5 rows done on the side of the basket. Probably will do a bit more after supper.

good to hear the illness is passing- I had my own semi recently. Miserable experience, lemme tell you, just like I'm sure yours was.

the bee kit is home! I sewed 2/3 bees on while the thirds "in progress" in that sort of way where I doubt I could be asked once the other two are *done* done. I need the wings created and on them too, but those are easy. The mouth of the hive is also created and sewn on now :)
