Hello to all members, passers-by, curious onlookers, and shy lurkers, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.

Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

This Week's Question: We all probably have multiple WiPs, but which of yours has been hanging around longest, waiting to be finished?

If anyone has any questions of their own about the community, or suggestions for tags, questions to be asked on the check-in posts, or if anyone is interested in playing check-in host for a week here on the community, which would entail putting up the daily check-in posts and responding to comments, go to the Questions & Suggestions post and leave a comment.

I now declare this Check-In OPEN!

Still processing my felt rest. I'm done with my blues and have moved on to the greens. There's a lot of those, so I might be at them for a while yet. *g*

I put six hours into work today, money/over time you understand. So probably didn't get as far as I "could" have, but tbh even I don't care thaaat much

Today was the dice bag and I functionally just unwound a random amount of thread off the roll and sat with it until I was back to having a short lead on it, which was about 2/3rds of the way through the 4th row.

Way to go on the dice bag.

I was in a really great mood yesterday. Alas, that mood has poofed. I'm just sitting here refreshing websites now. Le sigh.

Anyway! Got two rows of the cardi done between yesterday and today. No work on Alphinaud today, but I'm past the body increases and into even rounds before splitting for the legs.

We all probably have multiple WiPs, but which of yours has been hanging around longest, waiting to be finished?

I have a blanket that I started in 2008 that's still in hibernation. Will I ever finish it? Who knows! I think I need more yarn for it, and I'm not sure those colors are sold any longer, oops.

Yay for progress on the cardi!

Boo for no more yarn for your WIP though…

My wrist actually didn’t hurt today so I worked on my six star blanket at crafting group today. I also got the new tatted hanky project started but didn’t bring it to crafting group because it’s a gift for one to the regular attendees and I want it to be a surprise. Now that I’ve started it, it’s quite simple, so that’s nice.

Redoing the scarf is going well. I think I'm going to interspeed a bit of off-white here and there with the main bright-white colour.
Also did a bit of mending.

I have been plunking along at several craft projects. I have hopes of finishing 10 projects in 100 days, and at the 20 day mark I have finished two, but I'm not feeling like I'm actually on track, because those were low hanging fruit type tasks. But the progress is happening, and there are a couple of things that are going to affect how much I get done that I don't have any control over--I don't know whether they are going to cause better or worse progress!
