Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

Finished knitting the second deep purple arm warmer so that pair just needs sewing up now.


It snowed here last night, much to my annoyance, because my area wasn't supposed to be getting snow, and I have an appointment tomorrow so I have to go out on the coldest day of the entire year.

That is really annoying! Be careful tomorrow, lest the ways will be iced over!

I'll be very careful indeed. Luckily (?) my appointment is at 1 pm, so the sun will have hopefully melted the worst of the ice on the roads.

I worked a bit on my 4th little angel; finding the necessary stuff took some time as my "method" is to stuff things in every tiny free space I can find at any given moment - and then forget where it was. But in the end I did find both the felt and the tulle I needed (they were waiting for their turn patiently on a bookshelf behind my back), and now the little angel has at least her undershift finished. Next up: the tulle robe, and then the head and the other parts. Eventually.

I have just one round left on nephew's blanket! Might do that now, but I am pretty tired, so... probably not. Also did about half of the cup cozy, so good progress today considering I also worked 6.5 hours AND played video games with a friend tonight.

Last time I measured it the scarf was 70 cm long, but I haven't touched it in a couple of days--what with packing my knitting bag to go parallel-play at a friend's and then forgetting to unpack it and take it back to my couch.
However I mended yet another pajama bottom yesterday, which is nice.
