Another 20 rows on the first of the ice blue arm warmers.


Also, I cast on for the back on my Aran jacket, and knitted the rib. It's only 8 rows. I making the smallest size. I had intended to make the second size, but the actual size for that would leave me looking like I was wearing a tent. The smallest size should be plenty big enough.

I made a junk journal for smallhobbit's birthday with a theme of one of her fandoms (the dance productions of Matthew Bourne).

I've made most of a dishcloth today. I really need to be crocheting under my electric blanket at some parts of the day, it's chilly.

Made some progress on a house project. I'm going along and finding places where the old cedar siding feels a bit wiggly and adding nails as needed.

Stay warm and cosy with your crochet. Chilly weather is ideal for crochet and knitting.

Just be careful where you stick the nails ;)

I have finished the mosaic section of nephew's blanket! That means there's just the final stripe sequence and the border left and I'll be DONE. I'm hoping to get it done by the 21st, as that is the next Stitch Club and it would be good to show off the finished blanket then. I think it will be doable! Though I am playing yarn chicken a bit... I should have enough for the blanket itself, just not sure I'll have enough for the matching pillow I started.

I also finished the last beard on the last Santa applique and started on the trim for their clothing. One Santa is already trimmed, and I just sewed the bottom trim on a second. So 7 more pieces of trim to go, and that part will be done. Take a break for a few minutes, then I might dive back into it. The year is going FAST and I'd like to get these to my patron sooner rather than later.

I worked a bit on the next angel. It is going to be a pink one, after all. No head yet, just the pink undeshift. Will add a pale purple tulle overgown and hope the colours won’t clash.
