Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

No crafting again today. I wasn't going to do much of anything because this week has been exhausting, but today was the last guaranteed dry day for a while, and it seemed a shame to waste the sunshine, so I had a couple of hours in the garden, cutting back brambles and some of the shrub I want to get rid of. There's so much of it that eradicating it isn't going to be easy, but I've at least made a start.


Then I had to come in and wash a huge pile of dishes because they've been piling up for days, and now the sun is going down somewhere behind the clouds... Ah well, if it rains the next few days I can do some crafting then.

Well, I'm not wishing for it because to be honest it hasn't been a great summer, and temperatures are lower than I would like, but I won't mind so much taking a day off at the moment, just because I'm tired, lol!

Once again, I chose writing for the little free time I could find. Muses are capricious creatures, I have to make the most of their good mood.

There are always so many things to knit, it can be hard to choose.

The last time I wrote part of a letter was 24 July. After all this time being busy with studying and then buried in work, I finally was able to finish that letter yesterday. Yay!

I also decorated 7 more envelopes for penpal letters. I have only a phone call with a friend today and hope to write one more letter and maybe even make an envelope from scratch. We shall see.

Yeah, it was good to decorate some envies. I was able to use some in penpal letters, yay. Though I've got an even more exciting update and a question in today's post (9 Sep). *waves*

Wise words, wise words, re: your first sentence. My uni free time for this semester lasts till 7 October and I plan to make the best of it. Darn work shifts cutting into my leisure and crafting time, though! Hope you have a good crafting week this time.
