Hello to all members, passers-by, curious onlookers, and shy lurkers, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.

Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

More work out in the garden, which continues to go reasonably well, although I had to work in two places, dodging into the shade when the sun was out, and back out again when it vanished behind a cloud. Too hot otherwise. That's not a complaint, just I don't want to scorch.


Rambo the ram is finished, and this evening I started the next sheep, then had to undo everything I'd stitched. There's a small printing error on the chart so that the two green stitches on the far left of the design are only partially visible, just the edge printed. I took that into account when I cut the fabric, but I didn't notice when I started stitching, so I was a stitch too far over to the left, accidentally added an extra stitch somewhere in the middle, and that threw the whole design off. So, I unpicked, started again, but had to give up after a few minutes due to a headache. *sigh*

Thanks. It was annoying, but at least I fixed the mistake so I can carry on tomorrow without problems.

That's good; let's hope no such inconveniences happen as you go on. Oh, and IMO Rambo is a perfect name for a ram. *g*

Just a bit of blanket stitch seaming on the unfinished sachets. I was baking in the morning and ten too tired from yesterday's slave labour to do anything else.

At least you managed a little bit of relaxing crafting so progress is still being made. Hope you're recovering from the cleaning frenzy.
