Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Had a bit of a chaotic day, but I managed to finish the cross stitch and the main backstitch on the last fairy. Still need to stitch her face and hair, such as it is, and do all the French knots.

It's a good thing it's not a competition. You have a lot more other things to deal with than I do, and you've been busy dealing with them.

Okay. I really want the beach cover-up for this summer and the baby isn't gonna use the blanket until the autumn anyway so I have switched back to the cover-up. Did two more rows today, hoping to get at least one row a day until I'm finished which will put me right at the beginning of the summer holidays. Fingers crossed!

I finished a last minor thing on my "craft spring cleaning" which was to go through the fabric box.

Otherwise mostly cleaning here today. I will probably just read a book the rest of the evening.
