Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Another arm warmer sewn up! That leaves just one pair for my neighbour and 5 pairs for myself, so another 12 days if I keep sewing up one a day.

Yesterday my partner & I watched the 1st episode of a new show so I had time to knit. I'm still working on my shawl. The show is a dnd play show so it was about 2 hours.
I got 3 rows done! I'm at 11 stripes out of 16 now. :)

Mildly disappointed

Well, the jumping flea idea didn't work out. I've nearly ruined the entire windmill page while trying to insert eyelets with a tool that wasn't good for it. So I've sewn on the flea firmly, after all. Too bad, but at least the sails of the windmill can be turned around. And the sacks of wheat can be loaded into the cart, too. Ah, well, perhaps another time. In any case, the windmill page is finished and I've started sewing it together with the corresponding one. The songbook is definitely taking shape... s l o w l y...

Sad, but at least the page didn't end up wrecked, and there are still things that can be played with on the page.

Husband wants to watch a show tonight, I may end up finishing this pair. Assuming he doesn't talk through me attempting to make the foundation row. Like yesterday (I gave up, couldn't count to 30).

I just did the last chore, which was to brush the dog's teeth and wipe her with a wet washcloth (too cold to be giving her a bath).

Okay, so I put down that I wanted to finish 12 projects. They'll mostly be either binding quilts or patching quilt tops, but there's at least one clothing project that I want to do, and I think that after 10 years I should finish the curtains for the lounge room (and possibly the blinds for the kitchen)...

Took a break from crafting the past two days, due to worry (I'm having some health concerns). I had a test done today re: health concern. This afternoon I did 25 minutes on a Christmas stocking. Not quite the 30 minutes I had planned, but I lost interest.

Tomorrow I talk to my primary doctor (thank the gods I don't have to go in for the appointment! we're due for tons of snow here). I'm hoping she'll have the results of the test, so I know what I'm facing and can stop being distracted with worry. Fingers crossed it's something easily treatable!

Look at me not checking-in in the middle of the night/wee hours of the morning.

I knitted for about an hour on the hat. Then I did today's tracker layout decoration.

I used the wrong color of washi tape to cover up the date banner, but it honestly looks better than the color I was supposed to use.

I departed from my black/white/orange/green/purple/grey color scheme of the rest of the journal for reasons of whimsy, and drew red waves and a neon pink shark in the blank space around the tracker.
