I'm afraid I'm not very social while crafting! It tends to mess me up if I can't focus completely. I can on occasion knit while on video calls but only if I'm at a particularly brainless part of a project.

Last night I re-did the cast-off on all 4 arm warmers, so this evening I've sewn them up. All I have to do is wrap them (and other gifts for various neighbours) and deliver everything, just in time for Christmas. Eeep!

I'll get it done, but as usual, it's a last minute rush. Plus there's a gale blowing, and while I don't mind being out in the wind, if I have to battle that while delivering presents and cards tomorrow or Saturday, it's going to be a struggle.

I love crafting in similar-minded company; unfortunately, it's a rare occasion for me. I used to craft with my pupils while still working, but that's not the same.

That said, today was a craft-free day. Too many other things to do.

I haven't knit anything today but I am still working in my shawl. I have 3 or 4 stripes of each color now. The pattern calls for 16 stripes of each color so I have quite a ways to go.

I can knit in a group or with company but not always. I have to be able to look at my pattern or my knitting and maybe count as needed. I had a knitting group several years ago but most of them moved away. I do tend to pull out my knitting while watching TV with my partner.
