Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Managed 90 arm warmer rows last night, finishing one and starting its mate. Going to see how far I can get on the second one in a bit.

Don't know about that, but there isn't long before Christmas so I need to get these arm warmers made to go in with my neighbour's gift. They won't make themselves!

I had big grocery shopping today, and then I was tired. Tomorrow I'll try to put away all the unused rests for the fair stuff because my study/workroom/whatever looks as if a bomb had exploded in the middle of it. No small feat on a mere 7 square metres. *g*

It will take me several days, I'm afraid. Why is it so difficult to put things back to where they used to be?

I don't know, but it takes forever. I had the same problem after Halloween, and I still don't have everything put away.

Yeah, me, too. It takes forever - without the motivation that went into the actual project.

It's soooo cozy and very warm. It's one of those blankets you use when your house has no heat in the middle of winter. I have to make a mini blanket out of the same material for my cat now because she likes it ao much

Cats gotta do the cat thing! No box too small, no blanket or bed too big to take over, unless it's a cat bed, and then they don't want it.

Ah yes. And my (very large) cat is currently obsessed with sleeping in a small box that she doesn't fit all the way in. What even are cats?

The minds of cats are inscrutable to humans. We had one that liked to climb a tree onto the neighbour's roof and stare down the chimney.

Finally made a snowflake - these are supposed to be the front of my holiday cards so I'd better get on it.

Added silver sewing thread to this one and like it a lot. Starting another as soon as I've had supper.

Metallic threads have great effect - but they're a beast to work with. Glad you're content with the outcome.

I am stalled on the slippers I am crocheting my son for Christmas. I am considering frogging the one I am working on. but I really don't want to, so instead I threw it back into the project bag and ignored it. I'll look at it again on Sunday.
