Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

50 arm warmer rows while watching TV, so the first multi-colour arm warmer is up to 80 rows and I think I might have enough yarn for another 20 rows on this one.

Good progress is being made. Of course, I have 2 pairs knitted already, waiting to be sewn up, so I still have that to do...

Yeah, it's the part I like the least, but I can't do it while watching Strictly, so it will have to wait.

So do I. I already have loads, and two pairs made recently to use up some not very good yarn, they're waiting to be sewn up, and I have at least another two pairs to make after the ones I'm knitting at the moment... Got to have something to do while watching Strictly!

Finished painting the fence. I did a lot of other chores and am kind of tired and cold. I may just read this evening.

Missed this entry yesterday because I went offline early on (and the iPad mini can no longer access DW since they switched providers). But I was busy.

I made another batch of ginger syrup with honey for a friend. Her new house isn't properly insulated and thus bitterly cold in the winter. Tea with ginger syrup will do her a wealth of good, or so I hope.

I also made a pretty label for the syrup bottle and finished two more small felt Christmas baubles that I had started last night. (Found some felt rests that needed to be put to good use.)
