Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I've made some banana bread with whole wheat flour and walnuts. Was considering doing another round of sanding, but my brother and I did yard work this morning. I should crochet instead.

Baking counts, too! I've made cheesy buns - which, I guess, is our equivalent to savoury scones. *g*

Did a row on my hoodie! Which is great, because all I *want* to do right now is play my video game (I'm trying to reach an accomplishment in the game by my birthday on the 15th) but hey, I got sick of grinding in the game and needed a palate cleanser, so crochet it was!

Haha right. Game started to feel like chores. Not s good thing.

I did a great deal of crafting today; because the unfinished projects need to be finished, as close to the deadline as possible. So I've made the 32 decorative panels for the 4 accordion cards, with the help of my 2 edge punches (I'd like to have more of those but never find ones that I'd actually like), draw the contours of all 32 panels by hand, draw the outlines of 18 autumn leaves that I'll have to cut out later and selected some more patterned cardstock for further use. I think that's enough for one day.

Just a drop on a hot stone, but needed to be done. I can't wait to have this unexpected project out of my hair.
