Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Thanks! I still have a lot to do because I'm determined to make up all the spiders I've cut out, but I'm over halfway.

I fluffed 40 sets of feet! 40 X 8 = 320 feet...

I finished the cat's scarf!
It was much easier and quicker than I thought it would be. 72 trebles? Double-trebles? (I'm not sure about the proper English vocabulary, aside from knowing it's not the same on both side of the Atlantic) on a chain.

I wouldn't know either, I'm not exactly up on crochet vocabulary. I can do two or three stitches, but I have no clue what they're called. Kudos on finishing the cat's scarf though! Now for the rest of the cat.

Five rows done on the second part A piece of the beach cover-up and five more to go before I move on to part B!

Woohoo! Nearly there! Hopefully it will get easier as you get used to the different stitches used in the pattern.

There's only one more stitch in the pattern that I haven't done yet, so once I practise that a bit I should be good to go :D

Working on projects while I watch RPG Limit Break (a video game speedrunning event that raises money for the National Alliance on Mental Illness, a cause near and dear to my heart). Yesterday I got some rows done on the crocheted shawl, today I'm knitting on Glacier Sweep.

Knitting and crochet, it's great to have a variety of different things to work on.

Today, I knitted a few more rows on the not-a-baby-blanket and I did more sorting. Some boxes are even labeled now.

I also started dating and signing the backs of cards I made this year I hadn't done yet. I don't think to do it, but people complain that I didn't when they get them, so I'm making an effort.
