Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I made it to my physio appointment and the therapist was lovely. I'm going back in a couple of weeks to discuss my hip problems but this time it was all about my neck and back pain. Turns out it's my trapezius muscle, so now I have an exercise to do 5 or 6 times a day with my back flat against a wall. I do not have a single clear wall space in the whole house, it's a furniture, radiators, etc. Tried using a door and the handle got in the way *sigh* This is going to be difficult.


Did some shopping after and got a knitting pattern for a cardigan, also a few small balls of purple double knit with pink sparkles in it. Twinkly meeces? Picked up two necklaces to dismantle for the beads. Also got more food for the birds. My magpie is getting very clever at reaching the feeders.


Of course, after all that. I now hurt from head to foot. Fun. Not.

It's so hard to find a clear wall. Hope you're able to find a way to exercise and feel better!

While it wasn't raining I went outside and used the shed.

One row on the infinity scarf is 100 stitches, so even when I only get one row done a day, that still feels like an accomplishment. That said: one row today :D

I finally managed to equip my Nisser with their little bells. The 10mm bells are slightly large, but not overly so, they work well enough. I might buy some more as long as Tedi still has them; the price is very convenient.

Always wise to stock up when you can get something at a good price.

I'm sure the Nisser are happy now they have bells.
