Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Another day of rain and another day without crafting. Writing took so long today because I was struggling with what to do for the challenge prompt. I got something written and posted, but it took all afternoon. Then I burned the inside of my wrist while cleaning out the fire so that was another annoyance. Ah well, these things happen.

Thankfully there's only a small mark, I dealt with it quickly.

It rained all day, and I couldn't bring up much enthusiasm. But the 5 Kitty bathrooms now have their bath-tubs and mirrors glued on, so there's that.

I've done a few rows on the rainbow scarf; we're moving in a week and a half so mostly I'm packing but I might do a few more rows in a bit.

This whole situation has honestly been a nightmare. I'll be so glad when it's over. And hopefully I'll finish this scarf somewhere in the midst!

I'm under strict instructions from my therapist to take breaks and do something fun, so knitting's filling that need :D

I started the second not-a-baby-blanket yesterday, after shopping, knitting between naps. I also worked on it today. I've got the top border and the first 10 rows done. These are so tiny, I'm not sure 4 will be a lap blanket, but we shall see.

And if 4 isn't enough you can always do more, until it's a suitable size.

Yeah, during my quest for cat food, I double checked there was more of that type of yarn in case I needed more. (They even had the same color/lot, lucky me)
