Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

More rain today, but less wind and no hail, so that's an improvement. Still no garden time though, everything's too wet. No crafting either, just can't bring myself to get on with the neckband and the sewing up.

I love stormy days, but sometimes they make me want to sleep, so I can understand lacking the oomph to do things. I hope you rested well!

I wrote and I read and I watched more Criminal Minds, which is everyday stuff at present *grins*

Wasn't very crafty today, TBH. Too many chores. But I tested the self-repaired punch on the thick, mirror-surfaced cardboard and it worked just fine. Fingers crossed that it will continue doing so. At least all five Kitty bathrooms have their mirror now. *g*

Nothing yesterday.

A few rounds on the Woolly Bully bag today. I am up to round 42, I think? Enough to do the second decrease of three.

I also started the blanket for my nephew who's graduating high school next year. I chained and did two rows. It's a start! This is the pattern: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/nordic-stripes-blanket

The blanket pattern is gorgeous. Are you using the same colours or something different?

Very similar colors, but a different yarn brand. Pattern calls for Red Heart Heat Wave (which might be discontinued already? it was gimmicky yarn that was supposed to retain heat) and I'm using Stylecraft Special.
