Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Apart from some writing and a telephone appointment, I've done nothing today. The usual chores, but no crafting and no gardening because even when it wasn't raining the wind felt like it was coming straight from the arctic. Definitely a day for staying in. Now I'm going to watch TV, relax, and try for an early night.

Well, it was an evening, not so sure it was relaxing. Got wind and rain battering the house rather hard.

Tinkered a tiny bit with the Hello Kitty booklets. Not much, just creating patterns for the bath. I just didn't feel like doing more.

It was very minor tinkering. But at least it moved me away from my dead stop.

It was a busy and stressful day so I'm just now getting to work on the rainbow scarf - I may only do a few rows tonight, but I'm well on-track to finish with plenty of time to spare, so that's not bad.

Knitted off and on today and tried to clean off my work table. It's mostly a lost cause at this point.

I also cooked a complete meal for the first time in awhile.

My fluffy monster has taken up sleeping behind my head while I sit on the couch, since I've been spending so much time on it. I'm not totally sure what to make of that. She's never preferred my company, but I am the one spending time at home these days and she's going to be 15 next week.

She must. She would also like me to magically make her favorite food appear that the store is not carrying at the moment, but she is coping with canned food with a gravy, lol. It really is!

Poor cat. She deserves her favourite, but if it's not available she'll have to accept the alternative.

She really does. I was worried because she is one of those cats that will starve themselves instead of eating a food they don't like, but she does seem to be begrudgingly eating this one.
