Hello to all members, passers-by, curious onlookers, and shy lurkers, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.
Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?
There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.
Today's Question: No question today.
If anyone has any questions of their own about the community, or suggestions for tags, questions to be asked on the check-in posts, or if anyone is interested in playing check-in host for a week here on the community, which would entail putting up the daily check-in posts and responding to comments, go to the Questions & Suggestions post and leave a comment.
I now declare this Check-In OPEN!

On the crafting front, I've joined a shoulder seam and done some rough calculations for the neckband. Having neck shaping at the back as well as the front makes a big difference. Not sure how it's going to look.

Spring weather is often unsettled.

That sounds a bit tricky, but I have faith in you *\o/*

I'll figure it out, but it might not be on the first attempt.

Good luck!

Thanks, I'll need it.

Lookie, lookie:
That means another project finished, and I can turn to the Hello Kitty booklets next.

1. Cast on for a hat today, with a cable pattern that looks quite a bit like the Winter Sweater gear from Final Fantasy XIV. This will be for a Nerdopolis challenge theme of "Fiber Arts in Games".
2. Working on the Woolly Bully bag. I'm up to round 30 on the body, so about halfway.
3. Cast on for some Cube Things. They will fit in the Nerdopolis "Geometric" challenge, plus I am thinking of giving them to the kiddos I'm tutoring as an end-of-semester gift next month.
4. Went back to working on the Aspen Hooded Sweater, doing at least a row a day.
5. Amigurumi just needs a leg and a half crocheted, then I can assemble it!
6. Did yet more browsing of blanket patterns on Ravelry in an attempt to find one for my niece. I did indeed find some contenders which were added to my blanket bundle, hooray! Still haven't decided on one though.
I'm supposed to be streaming on Twitch tonight but I'm taking the night off because my throat feels weird and I don't think I'd be up to talking for two hours, so instead I am likely going to knit or crochet some more.

Sounds like the bag is progressing well, and those cube things look fun!
Hope to see a pic of the amigurumi when it's finished.
Good luck picking a blanket, and I hope your throat feels better soon.

Hope your throat feels better!

But I managed to behave and stick to little things while feasting on the remains of my chocolate bunny.
As far as crafting goes, I tried to contemplate the best way to go about getting some things printed off for my altered book and I got a bit carried away knitting - I meant to be in bed over an hour ago. There is only 18 rows and the bottom border left on the not-a-baby-blanket.

Wow! So much progress on the blanket! Well done.
I hope your printing plans work out.

Thanks! It's such a tiny thing.
Thanks. I'm still figuring those out a bit.
