Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I've knitted 8 rows so far, completing the 2nd pattern repeat, and I plan on knitting some more in a bit. I only have two more increase rows to do and then I'll be working straight until the sleeve is the length I want.

I don't seem to be doing much crafting at the moment - I'm still cross stitching the Golden Lilies, and I've finished a birthday card, but I don't have much knitting I feel like doing, so I'm not doing it!

That is reasonable. No need to put pressure on yourself.

No good forcing yourself to do something that doesn't appeal at present. At some point a possible knitting project might jump out at you, but if it doesn't, you still have your cross stitch to enjoy.

This afternoon I took a glorious long nap. It even gave me enough energy to do the binding of Baby Book #1; if it's still in one piece tomorrow, I'll continue with #2. :)

Sewed up a backing for 'Surplus To Requirements'. Going to give away a few quilts to friends today so they're not taking up all my space!

Added another 16 rows and the sleeve is close to being finished, just needs a few more centimetres, so maybe another 10 or 12 rows?
