Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

20 more rows on the first rainbow arm warmer which is now finished. Haven't started the second one yet. My thumb is acting up so I'll just spend the evening reading.

Meh, arthritis. Something I've ben living with since my late 30s, so it's nothing new.

I'll put up a photo as soon as there'll be enough light to take one. It is decorated - partially - with self-made ornaments, after all.

I finished the arm warmers. Started looking at easy cardi patterns (hexagon type specifically). Slightly less bitterly cold (it's 12F/-11C as opposed to yesterday's -4F/-21C), and while the wind has fallen off some, any wind at these temperatures is terrible.

I think this evening I will just be in my heated bed with a blanket.

Yikes, that is COLD! Yes, cosy bed and blankets sounds like just the thing. Stay warm!

The arm warmer does look pretty! Those are brutal temperatures, you'll do well to keep as warm as possible.
