Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I worked on the quiet book page with the car and the traffic signs. I've made good progress: the stop sign is finished, the car itself is finished, half the Velcro work is done. I need to make the red, yellow and green "lights" for the traffic lights and perhaps add a teddy bear to the scenery. And think of something for the sky to camouflage the place where I didn't have a large enough scrap of blue and had to do some cobbling. Still, I'm fairly content with my progress.

Excellent progress! I'd recommend a cloud for the sky, or a sun, but you've probably already thought of those.

Yes, I have, but other pages already have those, so I decided for a grinning half-moon in bright yellow. *g*

Been swamped with grief anniversary/depression/work but managed two rows on the first slipper; I think I counted right in how many rows I had previously but I'm keeping track both of what I think the total is and what I definitely know I've done since then.
