Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Managed to get some Christmas cards written, so at least that's underway. What I didn't do was photograph the pink and brown arm warmers. They're no going to be sewn up until I get a photo, because I want differences in the colour changes to be clearly visible. Since I can't finish that pair yet I've started knitting myself another pair, this time using some of the leftover yarn from the fuchsia sweater I made a couple of years ago. After all, why not have arm warmers that match my sweater?

I got started on the slippers! This was my first time doing increases and it's a bit of a struggle but I think I'm getting the hang of it. Also, I think I need to branch out from black yarn because it's very difficult to see, which isn't great when I'm learning something new. Hashtag goth problems.

Haha, yeah, black yarn is a nightmare to work with, especially under artificial light. It's why I have TWO unfinished black sweaters. I don't know where I got to with them, and I can't see well enough to figure it out >.<

I have one more dishcloth to make. All presents are wrapped/bagged. Husband is still 3D printing some things but should be fine. What he is finishing up can be slipped in the side of the gift bags.

I cleaned a bunch again today. Tomorrow I'm tackling the foyer - this is a small room, but the only one I never got around to washing the wallpaper in when we moved. Also a lot of woodwork because of the stairs.

I worked on my partner's robe. I pinned and sewed the collar together as it is knit flat and then sewn together like a tube.

All that's left is to pin it to the robe and sew it on. He is over 6ft so it's a long robe!
