Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Today has been pretty much the same as yesterday — 10 more brooch backs sewn on, 10 more tails attached, and I got about an hour outside working on the hedge since the weather was glorious (17C!) although quite windy. I made good progress but there's a lot still to be done and there's not much space to work in, which makes the job even harder. A good day though.

Thanks! I have 11 brooch backs left, and 15 mini meeces. Clearly I need to order some more!

Glad you had a good day working in the sunshine. Hopefully the meece production process is relaxing after the hedge battling.

I've mostly been doing the meece work before going outside, but I've enjoyed both. After being hunched over mini meece it's nice to straighten up!

The mini decided to cooperate for the time being, so I've taken photos of the full choir of rosy-cheeked little angels (and yes, the one AWOL for so long has showed up in the end) and of the snowman brigade. Enjoy:

I made a step on a stepladder for the kitty since she is a bit reluctant to jump up on things since her big fall but so far, she hates it. No more buttonholes today. More tomorrow, for sure!

Hope kitty is okay and regains her confidence. Although no doubt she'll get up to plenty of trouble anyway in the way of cats.
