Hello to all members, passers-by, curious onlookers, and shy lurkers, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.
Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Busy day! Some of the plant pots went this morning, with a promise of more to go from a neighbour up the road who said he'd take a bunch over to the allotments next time he goes, so I'm hoping this load won't hang around too long.

I cleared out another bag of rubbish from the greenhouses, and spent half the afternoon cleaning two of the plastic stacking tubs that we're in the greenhouse. These were two that I had to empty water out of, so they were mess and are a still not as clean as I would like because there are a lot of little corners I couldn't get right into, and I have no idea where the cotton buds are. I know there are some somewhere, but finding them... I was hoping to use the tubs indoors for craft storage, which was what they were originally bought for, but they might end up in the shed as garden storage.

Then this evening I cleaned up another of my LJ Master lists, and started preparations for sorting out one of the dreamwidth ones. Two hours of painstakingly dividing the mess of coding into individual entries, some of which have coding for the same font style 5 times, plus coding for two different font sizes *headdesk* It's insane! I don't even need coding for font style, the posting page uses a perfectly good default font. I reckon at least half the coding is superfluous.

I'm learning stuff though. I'll never be Tosh, but I can tell when there's too much code *grins* I even know what some bits do =)

So was I, lol! Got to get the Master List I'm working ion finished by tomorrow evening. I'm chipping away at it.

I did some more sequin sorting, but not very much. Didn't feel like crafting today. So I thought I'd better leave it for a more accommodating day.

I have mostly lost my crafting mojo.

I wouldn't care much, except: craft fair coming up. I had goals of having a lot of stuff done for it, and they're not getting done. And since I was raised Catholic, I excel at feeling guilty. I keep telling myself "okay, gonna do SOMETHING" and then not doing it. Ugh. Anybody got some spare mojo they can lend me?

Haven't caught up with everyone's pages this week, but last night before bed I did manage to get one later of gold paint on the Ex Libris Squirrel Shield! I'm planning on just chipping away at it over the next two weeks as I have twin teenagers coming to stay for the school hols next week and one of them is quite arty. I have some craft projects lined up for them, and we can paint things together.
