Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

Another day of battling the rose. Two more big branches down, and some smaller dangly branches. Also collected dead branches and twigs for the fire because there's quite a lot of dead wood in this rose, proof that it's been neglected for a lot of years.

There's definitely less rose draped over the conifer, but now the conifer is taller because the rose isn't weighing it down as much =/

My left thumb hurts, but that's nothing new. Aside from that my hands aren't bad. A bit prickled, but my gloves are protecting me.

I wish the conifer was already gone... At least I should be able to schedule its removal soon...

I finished the seaming of the last pages of the Candy Princess quiet book, selected the fabric with which to bind aforementioned book and cut out the base pieces for 10 little nativity felt scenes (after having downloaded, printed out and cut out the templates). Because I weren't me if I waited with the shiny new project until I've finished the old one. *g*

There is absolutely no reason to wait to start a new project just because the old one isn't finished.
