Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Thankfully no, not so far, but the temperature didn't rise above 2 C, so very cold. Snow is the last thing I need.

Thankls. It would be nice, but until I can find someone willing and able to do the necessary work I'm stuck.

What color is this one? I'm starting to feel like I need some just because.

I'm using a multicoloured yarn that was unpicked from something else, although I have no idea what. It's green, purple, yellow, orangey pink, and various shades in between. It's pretty.

Just as a further kick to the teeth, it's now snowing. Why does the universe hate me?

Oh no. Sleeting here today but our heater is functional....

All I've got is an electric heater and it's making little difference. 5 weeks of no heat and I think the inside of my fridge is warmer than the kitchen. Boiled a kettle for washing up and it was almost cold by the time I'd finished washing the dishes less than 10 minutes later. Beginning to think I'll be without heat all winter, and it's set to get even colder here over the next week or so.

I haven't touched crafts in days. I didn't get my mom's doily done so she got an IOU. Things calming down here though, husband back to work.

Here's a photo of my dog dressed up for Christmas Zoom. She hates sweaters and pouts 20-30 minutes.

When I put a sweater on her, the look on her face is like she's reevaluating her life choices.

She gets cold easily but hates clothes sooooo much. Feels that snuggling under a blanket is a better way.
