Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

Been feeling a bit crappy today so I've achieved nothing except some more file sorting and a bit of writing. This evening, what's left of it, I intend to spend reading fanfic. I'm kind of wishing I hadn't let the fire out at the beginning of the week, because the weather's turned chilly again and all the warmth has gone out of the house. I'm sitting here all bundled up like it's winter.

Thank you! I was hoping to get an early night but it's already nearly 11pm.

I also started working on the binding of the quiet books and had promptly undo the spine of the first one. I've sewn it on again and decided to stop for today. If the things refuse to cooperate, I won't force things. At least I've figured out (again) how to do the binding. I always forget the method between two quiet books, but since I do this once a year (or even more rarely), that is to be expected.

Maybe you need to write down detailed instructions for your binding method somewhere so you don't need to figure it out every time.

I have! Still, I must rely on YouTube every time I do this. I'm not very good at following written instructions - not even my own ones. :((

I definitely overworked myself yesterday and don't feel great. And as said above, it's cold!

About finished half a row of the afghan border. Might do a little more later.
