Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

No crafting today, but I spent about an hour in the garden battling brambles. It wasn't hot or sunny, not particularly great weather, but it wasn't wet out so I decided to make the effort. There's so much to do out there and I've barely started.

I had to mow yesterday for the first time this spring. Occasionally I do a few rows on a dishcloth.

My lawn hasn't been mowed yet this year, got grass 6 or 7 inches, lots of dandelions and docks. Actually there are more weeds than grass. The dandelions are pretty though.

I've made considerable progress in the crafting area. The outlines on both page bases have been stitched - on to more Velcro work tomorrow.

Thanks. Half the Velcro patches have been firmly sewn on. The other half can wait a day; my fingers are cramping. *g*

Still getting writing done - I think I'm firmly back in writing mode rather than crafting for the moment, but it's all creating :D
