Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

The weather was good enough that I could have done some gardening, but I stayed in instead and did about half the backstitch on the flower and bee design. It's coming along nicely.

Finished square one of the new KAL - not impressed with the design for this one, but I like my addition of the stripes. This is square 20 in total.

Yes, the stripes make it much prettier =)

I agree. Without the stripes it would be too monotonous.

Those were my thoughts. I shall see what the other squares look like - they may acquire stripes as well.

No crafting today. Too many chores, and then I just didn't feel like it.

We all have days like that. Crafting is supposed to be enjoyable, not something we force ourselves to do when we don't feel like it. I hope you managed to find time to relax a bit amidst all the chores.
