Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

5 meeces completed and 5 more knitted.

I've decided 26 is a silly number so I'll make 30 more meeces then call it a day, although after today that leaves just 25 to complete. 15 of those are already knitted, so I just need to knit 10 more!

Once I stop making meeces, I think I might go back to cross stitching for a while. I haven't done any for a couple of years, and I have several sets of small designs for cards that I've started but not finished.

I actually just finished some progress on my baby bib!

Trying to decide if I should set this down for a bit and shift to the wedding present for my friend who's getting married in three weeks (it's this but with their names and the date instead of the given text). I know you have a year to give them wedding gifts, and I doubt I can finish in three weeks anyway, so I'm torn.

Making good progress on the bib!

The sampler for the wedding looks great fun. Maybe you could switch back and forth between your projects until they're both finish, a week on one then a week on the other or something.

Tonight I continued with the tapestry, nothing much to report. I’m working on the sky so it’s long and slow. It’ll be a little while before I can really show any interesting progress I think.

Instead here’s a picture of the jigsaw I finished yesterday


This is the second of a set of four. It’s quite exciting each time because until I get going I don’t know which of the four pictures I’m making!
