Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I've finished the first 5 meeces using the multicoloured yarn teamed with pale yellow, bright yellow, bright pink, bright green and sea green. They look great!

I've knitted the next 5 using the same multicoloured yarn, this time with medium yellow, golden yellow, orange, dark purple, and royal blue.

I don't have a craft room yet, just a small corner of the room, but when I have my yarns out it can be very colourful! The meeces are of course packed into boxes. They're happiest like that at present.

I decided to start a second baby book for the new baby expected in the family in July or so. The original one promises to turn
out very beautiful (at least in my eyes), and I'm not sure the young generation would really appreciate it. So I'm making for them a simpler one, and the Thing of Beauty(TM) will go to another family eventually, somewhere where I know it will be properly admired. Yes, I'm a bit odd in that area.

So far, i've made the cover of the second book and am content with it. The frigging craft paper broke for some reason along the spine but I managed to repair it quite sufficiently.

What I've been up to.

I'm definitely going to make more ducks and snowflakes. They are easy and quick so I could make a good profit off them.

I'm unsure about the bunny. The pattern is very clever in construction, and it comes out ADORABLE so I'm sure they would be snatched up, but it's a rather fiddly thing to work and takes several hours. Not sure it'd be worth the hassle. I haven't made the legs either for it, I kind of pooped out.

The bunny is adorable, and you don't really need the legs.

Bunny is adorably cute as is, it doesn't need legs. The duck is also cute, and the snowflake's pretty.

Maybe you can find some other easy crochet patterns for cute things you can make and sell.
