Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Another three striped meeces knitted, this time the bottle green paired with bright green, bright yellow, and pale yellow. I need to start sewing the stripey little bodies up. I think there are 11 now and I'm supposed to be making them in batches of 10...

Some of them are quite dazzling, lol! Just wait until I get to the bright pink and purple meeces... I like some weird colour combination *grins*

I've baked four sorts of cookies. No pic yet because one sort needs to be decorated yet, and I'm planning to bake another two sorts on Saturday, but after that there will be a group photo. ;))

They do. They aren't the prettiest, but very, very yummy. Or so Mum says, and she wouldn't say if it weren't so.

I did a bit of work on my newest cross stitch project. Slow going - depression is awful, but I'm making progress, little bit at a time ^_^

Too late to think about starting tonight so I just wrote some more of the Christmas cards that need to go into post.

You are so organised! I haven't even thought of Christmas cards yet. I won't be sending overseas this year though.

Neither will I, I'm afraid. For that, I'd have to *make* some cards first, and this year they just didn't fit into the schedule. Which is why I offered Christmas gift fics to anyone who wanted them.

Have to be honest although I had planned to make some (not all by any means) I didn’t have time for that so mine are bought but writing them all takes time nonetheless.

I've only got bought cards this year too. I just don't have the energy for writing them at the moment, although I've sent out two birthday cards.

Most of mine go overseas (most to the UK so not too far) and then a lot of the local ones are hand delivered because I’ll drop presents at the same time so they’re more last minute when presents are organised!

I have quite a few to send in this country, and some local ones to hand deliver, but I usually send a bunch to friends overseas. The last couple of years have just been tough and getting anything done is harder than it should be.
