Hello to all members, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.
Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?
There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.
Today's Question: No question today.
If anyone has any questions of their own about the community, or suggestions for tags, questions to be asked on the check-in posts, or if anyone is interested in playing check-in host for a week here on the community, which would entail putting up the daily check-in posts and responding to comments, go to the Questions & Suggestions post and leave a comment.
I now declare this Check-In OPEN!

Also, happy to report the last shed is demolished. Still some clearing up to do, but the main work is done. Now I have to source a new shed...

Yes, glad to see the last of it. There are basically 4 sheds in the skip now, the small one from down the garden that had already been taken apart, the small shed that was my aviary shed way back when, the big shed behind the garage, and the small one tacked on the side of it. Now I just need to buy and build a new shed.

I'd come across some unstarted tapestries of dolphins a couple of weeks ago and was thinking it would be nice to do one as a gift for my niece, if I could find somewhere to buy the wools. There's a possible trip to the UK next month so I might be able to find a suitable shop to get the wools - more incentive to try and get the unfinished project completed, as I won't be starting a new one until this one is finished!
Too many projects, not enough time! Mind you it's better than the reverse, so that's not a complaint (a bit less work would be nice so I had a bit more time for my projects wouldn't go amiss).

Well done for progress on two projects. I hope you'll be able to find the tapestry wools you need on your visit over here.
I think all crafters feel that way. We don't want fewer projects, just more time to spend on them.

Good luck with the bridle, and with finishing the curtains. They sound like a huge project!
Sunny days are the best for gardening, I've been outside today myself enjoying a sunny, warm day.

That won't be easy, either, I think. Go you!

Hopefully you'll find somewhere. I tend to buy my craft supplies online anyway, which is why I now have probably more than I can ever use... Good luck with getting the appropriate fabric and threads.

The moth problem is real, though. I unpacked two jumpers I knitted for the Enting (and would have still fit him) and they’d gone to ribbons from moths :(
